We spent the morning in the library. Mae was updating the blog while Marty caught
up on internet stuff (emails, news, videos).
We had a beautiful view overlooking the marina. It almost felt like we were on our boat.
Gibsons’ library had some wonderful features and ideas.
People can sit back and listen to some tunes.
Knitting a Community Project: This is a project bringing together knitters
and crocheters. As part of their blanket
project, people can come by and sit in one of two comfortable chairs to knit or
crochet a 6 or 9 inch square. Volunteers
come by later to put the squares together into blankets for those in need.
The children’s section was very inviting and colorful. We love the treasure box with dress up
clothes.
